Can I disable the "Attention Required for" messages for public Wi-Fi connections?

Windows Central Question

I'm running the Insider Preview edition of W10 Mobile (build 10581) on my Lumia 1020. There are several offices in my building that have public Wi-Fi hotspots that require some sort of user sign-in, and whenever I move around in my own office, my phone detects them and displays an "Attention Required for <<network name>>" message.

It's annoying as I have no intention of connecting to those networks.

Is there any way to turn these messages off?

Settings > Network and Wireless > WiFi > Wifi Sense - Make sure both options are OFF here. Also you might want to disable option in Manage > connect to wifi hotspots if you dont want to connect anywhere.
