Apps with GPS not working any more?

Hi,
yesterday I updated my 925 from 8.1 to windows 10 mobile with the insider app.
I really like w10 mobile, but I have a serious problem with nearly all apps which use the gps. Whether it is maps or here drive or runtastic.
After starting they all shut down immediately (only waze is working?). Does anybody have the same problem or knows how to fix it?

Go to Settings > Privacy > Location - scroll to the bottom and check your apps have permission.

Yes, i already did it. Runtastic and maps are in and have permission. Here Drive isn't in the list. I did all apps on permission just to check it. But without any success.

Try removing and re-installing the apps.

I can't do it with the maps app.

I had the same issue with my 925 when I went from 8.1 to 10. All apps that relied on my downloaded maps would crash upon start up, and when you go to settings to manage your maps it gives you the "Something Happened and we can't access your maps right now" message. The only way I was able to fix this was to do a factory reset of my phone. After the factory reset, all my maps which were backed up re-downloaded without an issue and all map apps opened without a hitch.
