It's been almost two years since I used a windows phone as my daily driver. Is there no longer a built in task manager in calendar?what are the best task apps. I currently am using pocket informant on my 6s plus but I do not want to carry around two phones.

It largely depends on what you're looking for. There's a huge bunch of task related apps to choose from. I'm more of a power user, when it comes to tasks, so from the dozens of apps I tried, I picked 2day as it offered all the features I needed. Especially support for Microsoft accounts.
