i tested it on my lumia 1520 windows 10 insider fast ring
and the app run perfectly

Windows 10 How-To Guides is for write ups of prepackaged solutions... Not for leading questions on issues not yet resolved.

While you may hint at a solution there is no "how-to" element present so it seems more discussion than guide at this point.

As long as you already had it installed, you can't install it if you don't already have it. (Like for example on a 950 or 950XL.)

The only thing that keeps me with Waze on Windows 10 Mobile and Google Maps on Android is the automatic traffic re-routing. Once either Microsoft Maps or HERE Maps gets that feature, I will switch over. It's just too valuable of a time-saver to give up, especially since I live in a highly urban area where the traffic is unpredictable from one moment to the next. Still, though, I will give the W10M HERE Maps app a try. Thanks for sharing
