Can someone please make a new video? that one on XDA is in foreign language and I dont understand it

Just use the retail version of the apps. It is really that easy. Get a QR scanner. Scan the QR codes, go into the download folder and remove .zip and then open the file. Click install and then go straight to the store and check for updates. Be sure you are in developer mode.

Strange. I updated my L640 to W10M .29 build and did a hard reset, and subsequently updated to the .36 release without an additional hard reset. I have both Here Drive+ (4.6.209.1) and Here Maps (3.11.171.1) installed for me. I didn't have to do any sideloading to get them back.

After reading your post, I did the same on 1020. After upgrading to win 10 HERE Maps/Drive were there and working. After performing hard reset these two apps are still there and working. But if you search in the store for 1020/win10 they do not seem to be available

Some people have confirmed that updating to .36 and doing a factory reset that some of the Here apps are installed. Either way, I liked the Here suite but the MS maps app is a good enough replacement for me.
