New email badge tile count won't reset

I have three email accounts set up on my phone. Two personal and one through work- Exchange active sync. When I go into my two personal emails, the new mail counter resets. Great, just like I want - but my work account doesn't. It continues to go up until it shows 99+. Only telling it resets it. Deleting or reading emails doesn't reset. I'm trying to the live tile count.

Any ideas how to correct this? I have searched the forums with no solution found.

Things I've done -
Ensure background allowed
Changed sync settings combinations (download full msg, partial, etc)

Help!
