Live tiles only update when on wifi

Lately, after updating to 10586.36, all of Microsoft's core apps like the store, news, money, weather and maps have been having issues with live tiles especially on my device where live tiles do not update except when on wifi only. I hard reset the device but the problem returned. I submitted this problem using the feedback app but no app updates or responses yet.

Anyone else having this issue?

You will not receive a response through the feedback app - Microsoft stated that. But they indeed have received your feedback and they may do something about it in a future update.

I've been experiencing that, too, but only occasionally. As long as my communication apps behave normally, there's no urgency.

Have you checked your data settings? Check background data restriction.

yes I have it as well. On facebook messenger, weather etc. only I'm on .63
