Urgent: Lumia 640 - WP10 Build 10586.36 randomly crashing?

Hey all, I'm on the Slow Track of in the Insider Preview program and I just received a new build this weekend.

Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE Dual SIM
Windows 10 Mobile
1GB RAM
Version: 1511
OS build: 10.0.10586.36

For some reason, my phone keeps randomly crashing when operating more than one application. This almost always happens when I'm using the back button on the navigation bar or performing a long press on something on the screen (such as a link or photo I want to save, etc). It happens so randomly that I will at times feel a vibration from my phone while it's in my pocket and when I look to see what caused it, it's in the middle of a reboot. Clearly this build is unstable on my device, but I don't really know what to do, how to prevent it, or how to switch to a different build without losing my data.

Once you applied the updated build, did you do a hard reset? I found that on my 640 LTE Dual SIM, that it was a bit flaky after running the update, so I did a backup and then a hard reset and it has been running pretty well for the last 3 weeks or so.
