Always showing only Bluetooth Volume controls

My Nokia Icon, on any versions of Windows 10, only shows the volume control for Bluetooth 90% of the time even with no Bluetooth devices attached. To get the full volume control back, I need to disable Bluetooth and restart the phone.

If I then connect a Bluetooth audio device, the normal volume controls will disappear again even if I disable Bluetooth completely forcing me to reboot again to adjust notification volume

I've hard reset and even restored not using a backup...

anyone?

This works fine on my 830. Had a headset connected all day and now I disconnected and now the normal volume controls shows

I do have my car, my band 2, my jaybirds, my surface, my desktop, 1 Treasure tag, 2 Bluetooth speakers, 1 phone headset paired via Bluetooth...
Maybe I have too many?
