W10M Devices in Canada (Rogers) & Mexico (Telcel)

Does Anybody know if Rogers in Canada and Telcel in Mexico will Pick up any W10M Devices?

I am not Living in any of these Countrys so maybe Someone from there with Contact to the Providers can help me to get this Information.

Why do you need a device directly from the carrier? An unlocked unit from the MS store will work just fine.

As Mentioned Above: The Device is not for me and the Device has to be directly from the Mobile Operator.

The only windows phone with carrier support in Canada nowadays is the Lumia 830 and I think the 635.

Anything else you need to buy directly from Microsoft. It's unlikely any of the Canadian carriers will pickup the 950 or 950XL after they have been released this long already.

Cause our Company only Buys Devices from the Carrier that will be a Big Problem in the Future... :-(
