Email not setting up

Hi all.

So upgraded from Win 8.1 to Win 10 and last night did a hard reset as the battery was shocking. I've set up my live account, but when I go to email it asks me to add one. So I go through the process, it seems to have logged in but still no account to select in Outlook. If I go to manage my accounts, my Live account is there with the options for mail sync.

Is there any way to fix this? Done a soft reset with no luck. It's going to be another hard reset isn't it?

Edit: It's not just email. Calendar (of course) but People isn't being populated either.
