I have a Lumia 950 XL dual sim, with .29 firmware. I tried to connect to a VPN server via L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key, it keeps showing the "The VPN connection failed with error code 809". I believe i have the proper port forwarding set in my router (this include port number 500, 1194, 1701, 1723, 4500), but it just doesn't work.
I tried the PPTP VPN connection in my phone, and it works with no problem. But I prefer the L2TP/IPsec. Appreciate if you could advise if I miss out anything...
