I've found a security bug/flaw in Windows 10 mobile. What are the proper channels for getting Microsofts attention and informing the right people?

By using the Windows Feedback app. It's not likely it's actually a security bug though, Windows Phone is pretty secure. Post it up and let's see if we can figure it out or confirm it.

It's a significant bug... And I'm not sure they'd appreciate it being put out there like that

You might tweet @GabeAul and ask to direct message him. Also @NorthFaceHiker
Alternatively, you could contact tech support, but in my experience, they're not much help. Also check reddit for MSFT contacts. Is there a particular area that is susceptible you can share (E.g. Certificate spoofing, email, ms account, Bluetooth)?

Can't be worse than seeing your secure https connection confirmed by the browser, while your data is actually sent in plain text
