Hi I'm running build .29 on my Lumia 1320. How do i check the time since last charge on the device?

You can't, all we have now is estimated time remaining. I'd really love this information back in the battery saver app (as well as a functioning live tile), on top of some kind of mAh input charge\drain indicator. No idea how my battery is preforming anymore, or to what extent it's draining.
