    I have had a 950XL since November 27.
    I have been a Xbox Music and now Groove subscriber for a LONG time.
    I have never had any problems until today. Phone was NOT updated today, neither was Groove. NOTHING changed in my phone from this morning to this afternoon. I did download a few songs this morning and all of a sudden nothing would play.
    Groove app opens fine and I can select any of the songs in my library or browse the catalog. But when I click PLAY, I get this ERROR:
    Windows Mobile 10 GROOVE APP - Error Code 0xc1010107 (0x8004c010) "Can't Play"

    Searching the error codes, it looks like
    0x8004c010 = DRM_E_HASHMISMATCHA keyed hash check failed. How can I fix this?

    It is very frustrating. Its been 5 hours and I cant figure out what is wrong. Ive already tried soft resetting, restarting....nothing. DO NOT TELL ME to HARD RESET. Not going to do that.
    My Groove subscription service is working fine on the XBOX and on my wife's IPHONE (GO FIGURE).

    From what you wrote, I suggest going to music folder, delete the whole content -or at least the OneDrive one- then try redownloading the music.

    I'm not a subscriber, neither had this issue, but nothing to loose I believe!

    Thanks. I thought about that.....But i have 8GB of music downloaded to my SD card.
    Besides, it doesnt even work with streaming songs or GrooveRadio, so I know it is not a music folder issue.

    Just updated Groove with today's update and nothing.....now my error is simply 0x8004c010. I'm tired of problems...

    All my issues cleared up after hard reset and no restore from backup. Never looked back. I sync my contacts with Gmail account. All my contacts return fine when I add Gmail account into outlook mobile. My texts are not that important. If so, I screenshot them or copy paste into a word doc. No idea how to easily backup all text yet reliably. Others have some success by using built in backup feature.
