Can I change the Win10 Mobile photo naming convention?

When I take photo's they are saved in names like WP_20160217_14_42_54_Rich_Li

I get what most of it means, date, time.. Not sure about the rich thing.. But is there any way to shorten it or edit it to something that makes more sense?

Rich is probably because Rich Capture or HDR was on when it was taken.

Don't think you can do much about that.

And the Li is for Live Image (1.5 sec video just before the photo).
