Anyone please tell me what is the difference on Windows mobile 10 preview build version (that can be upgraded using insider program) and the windows 10 version (prebuild with lumia 950 / 950XL)?
Is both are two or the same features and user interface?

The OS itself is identical.

However, some people wonder whether the version distributed officially to WP8.1 devices may contain firmware (basically drivers) which the insider preview does not. I'm doubtful of this claim, but I don't know that it can be ruled out.

So basicly you can go insider right now, unroll from insidet and wait for legacy phone relase, if you need a drivers you will get them thruu phone update..buy i highly doubt so.

ok. so we can get the same features, including all microsoft services like on the same new win10 mobile right?

Not necessarily. Not all hardware supports all features. For example, you won't get Windows Hello on a device that doesn't have the necessary camera technology.

Why don't you just tell us what device you have, and ask specifically about the feature you are interested in, and then we can give you a direct answer.

ok. That's easier. i'm using lumia 730 and i would like to upgrade win10 in this device. I wanted to know will win10 insider preview works smoothly in my 730?
actually 730 is listed in the supported device list from Microsoft while they started insider program. But the recent released Windows 10 Mobile preview build 14267 is only for Lumia 950, 950 XL, 550, and Xiaomi Mi4. So does it means that all future updates on win10 builds not going to consider Lumia 730?

^ No. It doesn't mean that at all. MS is just under pressure to get W10M working well on the newest devices (950 etc) first, because people with those devices don't have an earlier and stable version on WP8.1 to fall back on.

Your 730 will get W10M eventually, but W10M just isn't ready yet.

The experience with the latest build (10586.107) is quite good, although it's still not as smooth as WP8.1 at the moment.

Windows Hello will never be supported on the Lumia 535 as it lacks the necessary hardware in order for it to work. Windows Hello requires either an Iris scanner or Fingerprint scanner, neither of which the Lumia 535 features.
