Anyone having issues sending messages on Windows 10 10586.107, I can't send any

I can't send messages consistently as of yesterday. Only thing I did was add a new app in which I deleted just to troubleshoot. Any help would be greatly apppreciated.

Check your Settings / Messaging options for the SMS center number. If it gets changed it could affect your ability to send messages. I'm not sure what the number should be for different carriers or different parts of the world, but you should be able to verify it with your carrier if you think it may have changed.
