Fixed Dialing Number (FDN) problem in W10M

How to disable FDN in W10M??? Is that possible??? In WP8 was possible to enter PIN2 code to temporally avoid but in W10M call and SMS not working....

forgot to tell, is Lumia 640 DS with build .107
