Estimated general availability of Windows 10 Mobile

Windows 8.1's general availability was on October 17, 2013. Windows Phone 8.1's general availability was on July 15th, 2014. That is almost 9 months apart. If we assume that Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile will follow the same path, we can guess that Windows 10 Mobile's general availability will be around 9 months after Windows 10's which was July 29th, 2015. From this we can guess that Windows 10 Mobile will have it's general availability around the end of April 2016.

Vodafone Italy official support gave 7th and 14th current month startin releasing firmware and o.s. on specific devices

wp8.1 more or less coincided with the release of the first major update to 8.1 which was released in July 2014. Even though 8.1 itself was released in October 2013. This was supposedly the release which was to align the mobile and desktop os update timelines so that updates occur roughly at the same time. That's why wm10 feels ridiculously delayed. It didn't help that there was talk of wm10 actually coming soon after the initial desktop w10. there was plenty indication that wm10 would release before the new year but that never happened. Only now are we seeing then finally get synchronized so getting at general availability around july seems likely
