Will i receive official OTA for my phone

I installed insider and updated to windows 10 mobile .107 build couple of weeks ago. Then, did a hard reset and never installed insiders app again. Now, i received the update for .174 build and nothing in between since I'm not an issue, but on retail windows 10 branch. My question is when the official update for my phone Lumia 830 happens, will i get it? Or i need to roll back to windows 8.1 in order to be eligible. I'm pretty sure they will seed the current build as it's very stable in a week

Your guess is as good as ours at this point. If I knew for sure, I'd be taking a trip to Las Vegas or buying a Powerball Lotto ticket.
