I hate to be a stick in the mud, but can anyone point me to a single solitary app that out performs its 8.1 counterpart in both functionality and stability? My experience thus far with "built for w10" apps has been horribly frustrating. It make me wonder if it is an OS issue. With such an alarming % of the experience, apps and baked in services, being inferior I have wonder why on earth Microsoft rushed this to the market.

Not at the moment but the UWP isn't mature yet, give it time.
