After upgrade to Windows Mobile 10 I have no Keyboard anymore, how can I get it back?

After upgrade to Windows Mobile 10 I have no Keyboard anymore

I upgraded my Lumia 640 LTE with 8.1 Windows OS. Now I have Windows 10 v10.0.10586.107, without keyboard, so I can not type anything. Phone noted me that there is a recommended upgrade to v10.0.10586.164. After download this upgrade can not be installed and phone reset on and on. The main problem is missing keyboard. What should I do. Thank you in advance for any kind of help.

this part is very confusing, anyways i suggest you do a hard reset as it crushes such bugs and start afresh without restoring.
