Can't open store or update apps through wifi after upgrading to windows 10 in my lumia 730 phone.

already reset many times. Still no success.
one thing i wants to add here is that i went to microsoft care and tried to open store with their wifi and store opened without any problem. so now i am more confused that if my phone is fine then all wifi i had used were at fault? Or windows phone store only like to open with extra hi speed internet.
whatever is the cause , it is making me angry.
