Why doesn't my Windows 10 phone close apps?

My windows phone 10 doesn't close apps

Whenever I clicked on the back-button on 8.1, it would automatically close the apps, besides Skype and Facebook as the only two. But on 10, it just doesn't close them, when pressing the button, so I have to hold down back-button and then close them manually. Is there an option for this?

In 10 apps go to the background and suspend in ram. They are not active and take no cpu cycles. There is no need to try to remove them from the screen. To use the app again it is quicker to slide to it and tap rather than open it again.
