    Hi,

last night I got the 10586.218 update on my Lumia 930 and after the update was completed the phone app was not pinned to my start screen any more. So I wanted to pin it back but the option to pin it to the start screen is greyed out, which means I can't pin it to the start screen any more.

Is there anyone else having this problem and is there a way to fix this?

It means app is not available:

    General rules for ALL apps:

SD card checking in progress (go to Settings -> Storage and check),
app updates in progress (go to Store, Settings, my Downloads),
SD card not seen (always in Check).

First try a Soft Reset, then if doesn't work go to Store -> Downloads -> and Check updates for forcing research

What do you mean by "app is not available"
I am talking about the system phone app.
I already did a soft-reset and all apps are up-to-date.

Means as I wrote: app not available, core apps too. Even core (system) apps often by Store, they are separated by system updates.
Go in Settings, Storage, Device and check if App phone is correctly there, elsewhere something gone wrong during update and it should need a hard reset with backup

Yeah sorry I forgot to mention that explicitly. The app is installed and working correctly.
I just cannot pin it to the start screen.

Ok at last I understood :D
There was since 1 year I red about the Ghost Start Tile last time....

Only fix I found was unpinning everything on screen till I noticed a ghost empty transparent tile movin thru the others !!!!
So I could tap it and remove. Then I didn't see anymore
