14322 - Keyboard & Speech Languages

Hello,
One of the main things I was hoping would get fixed in this latest build of WM10 is the issue that's been present with previous builds, in that keyboard and speech packs don't download/install successfully. Unfortunately, that is not yet the case:

Language and speech packs are unable to be downloaded and will show errors due to a backend issue.

Just wondering if anyone's found a way to get around this?

Yeah. I've noticed this too. In my case, they're successfully downloaded but they don't install.
I gave up on installing new languages after a couple of trials. Hope this gets resolved.

I had mine installed on the previous build, and I still have it on 14322.
