Why is it when I edit rich capture it says something wrong, try again?

Why when i edit rich capture it say "something wrong, try again"?

I use lumia 640xl. after i upgrade my lumia to windows phone 10 and use camera with rich capture on, when i want to edit the picture with rich capture, it say "something wrong, try again". And i can't edit my picture. what i missing out?

Nothing. My 640 is afflicted with this issue and it affects maybe 80% of Rich Capture/Rich HDR photos I have taken. I'm trying Lumia Camera Beta right now, but I'm not sure whether it'll help.

I hear storing photos on the internal storage first may help but i have not tried that personally.

I have .218 on my L640 with Windows Camera 2016.325.51.0. Changing it to save on the internal storage doesn't help. Turning off Living Images - which only work half the time anyway - doesn't help. I still end up with these low-res 1280x720 non-geotagged photos.

Deleting all Lumia photo apps (Lumia camera, cinemagraph, storyteller, selfie) kinda helped me , and works for now.
And it doesn't work anymore.
