Has there been any acknowledgement from the Windows team regarding to the broken Project My Screen functionality in Windows 10 Mobile in the .218 release? (It might have broken in .164 as well but I can't get back to that build to test). I never seen it addressed in any of the release notes to date.
Just for reference, this is the ability to control and display the phone's screen on a PC while tethered via USB... and not a wireless WIDI connection or continuum.
I'm trying to help a friend remotely who recently got a 950 and much to my surprise as soon as we allowed the phone to update the project my screen functionality stopped working. The phone simply refuses to pop up the message asking if it's ok to share the screen. I've reproed this on a 920, 950, and 950XL. The 950s worked fine with 10586.29 out of the box... but none work when allowed to upgrade to .218 or .242. Rolling back to .107 with WDRT and it's works there on all three phones until the phone decides it's time to upgrade again.
