windows 10 mobile blueetooth compatibility

Hi our Company is actually using sewoo lkp43 printer for our sales personal and connect via bluetooth. The personal was actually using windows8/8.1 phone lumia 640xl,150 and 1320, which were operating correctly with the printer.
We acquire lumia 950xl which works under windows 10 but we can not print correctly on the sewoo printer. when pairing it wont even ask for the security codes. we are in great difficulty and if we dont have any solution we will be forced to look for other models.

i sthere any fix for the bluetooth issue?

I will suggest you to try theses three steps

Clear the paired devices list on your phone's Bluetooth settings.

Reset the pairing Bluetooth device to clear information about the last Bluetooth devices and go through the pairing process (refer to the pairing device's user manual to find reset and pairing instructions).

if the connection was successful, the Bluetooth symbol appears on your phone screen.


Make sure that your phone is not in Battery Saver or Flight mode.
Make sure that the pairing devices are set to be visible to one another, and that there are no obstructions blocking the space between the devices.
If you cannot establish a connection or lose it soon after pairing, make sure that your phone book contacts do not have special characters or blanks before the name; rename or remove them if they do.

we tried what you proposed but still issue persists.
we took a lumia 950xl (win10) and a lumia 1520(win8.1) out of their new box and connected them to the printer.
the 950xl would connect without asking for the passcode but the 1520 would ask for the code. i cant explain this.
we even tried with a nokia lumia 93 upgraded to win 10 and it wont ask for the passcode.
fair enough if it connects but thats weird.
on our business app the 1520 would print its report successfully but the 950xl would stop 1/4 way. As if communication was dropped.
we tried with several windows phones (win 8,8.1 and 10) and that would result with only win10 not asking for passcodes and would stop 1/4 way printing. so for us windows 10 is our culprit.
