Custom SMS Tones not working after .318 update?

I updated my 640 to W10 .318 ...I listen for a different ringtone per contact so I know who is calling or texting. I have added each custom tone for each contact. When my contacts call or text me, the only tones that I hear is the default tones for calls and text.... I have tried all the settings but still no change
