Lumia motion data

Hello everyone. I have a Lumia 640 running .318. My problem is that I have installed MS Health it doesn't count steps. Motion Data is enabled and MS Heath is linked.

Any ideas what the problem is?

Okay try Fitbit's app and see if it is able to track steps. It could either be an issue with the Microsoft app or the sensor might not be working.

After Fitbit installation do I have to configure something?

Just tinker with the settings, i believe you'll have to link the app to the motion sensor.

You need to turn on Location services. If you want to track steps w/o using MS band then try active fitness app.

I had location off. Now I turned it on. I will try it and I'll be back with the results.

Sensorcore works fine. For step counting I had to open Location (as you mentioned) and specifically for MS Health I need to have internet connection.
