    Nope.

Only one or two devices can do that. The Xiaomi Mi 4 I believe is the only modern one.

In theory it is possible. In practise, almost impossible. Especially for a single person.

nope, our glorious desktop era of freedom is gone, and since you have an android tab that's even more impossible, 99% chance its ARM and win RT is dead, if it was an intel tablet then surely, there would most likely be a way not that hard really, but for ARM devices things are really difficult

To be honest we never really had much of an "era of freedom" on mobile.

Microsoft has crafted its own technology that can transform Android phones into Windows 10 devices.

While announcing the summer launch of Windows 10, Microsoft also revealed on Tuesday an agreement with Chinese mobile device maker Xiaomi. Under the plan, some owners of the Xiaomi Mi 4, an Android smartphone, will be able to install and test the Windows 10 Technical Preview in order to provide feedback to Microsoft.

Not really "technology that can transform".

They needed a lot of work and cooperation from Xiaomi to get the whole operation working such as hardware access and all that jazz. Samsung and HTC probably don't care about playing ball so don't think it'll happen to your Inspire or Galaxy S 6 anytime soon.
