So i was having issue getting hey cortana to work and read a post that going back to 8.1 and setting Hey Cortana and then upgrading to the latest RS build 14361 will resolve the issue.
So i downgraded to win phone 8.1 on my L1520.
downloaded the upgrade advisor and now i cant download the upgrade, it would go halfway and tell that there is server or internet connection error, my internet is perfectly fine i have 20+MB download speed.
tried several restarts and been waiting for 2 days now and still not working, im just cant stand the look of 8.1 and if i use the insider to get win10 i wont get redstone, can someone tell how this can be resolved or anyone else having this issue with upgrade.:unhappysweat:
