Windows 10 mobile Messaging App. Help

I opened the messaging app today and I saw 3 conversations not from me but from other people. One of my contacts name was changed. I can read the whole conversation and it looks like I wrote everything. It is so weird. It feels like I'm being hacked or someone is inside my phone.
Someone has an opinion for this?? Thanks.

Via pc, enetr in your Microsoft account, change password, and activate the double idendity check if you don0t before.
Follow all identity codes and security checks MS will give you , then turn back on phone, go to your account, tap on it and change password. Phone will ask a new identity check
