No Voice Ring - No Longer Reads Name When Calls Come In

I encouraged a family member to upgrade their 1520 with the official Windows 10 Mobile. She called me a day later saying her voice ring no longer works.

She said when calls came in, a voice would come no, reading the name of the person, so she can know who it is without looking. I honestly didn't know that was a feature.

Can this be turned back on in Windows 10 Mobile?

Settings-Ease of Access-More Options has an on/off switch for , "Use speech to announce caller I.D.." Hope this is what she needs.
