Windows 10 Mobile keyboard overlay issue

It randomly started happening one day and I didn't have a backup saved, has anyone seen or been able to correct this without a hard reset? I can't recall if it was because of an update or not. Since it would go on and off one day but not it's constantly doing it on any application that requires typing landscape and portrait mode.

It's not an issue, it's a feature. Seriously, tap and hold space key and drag it down.
