Will all phones have Panorama after AU ?

So is the app update including panorama available to non-insiders after the Anniversary update from August 2nd or not? I read in some articles that it will become available to all Windows 10 Mobile users after Anniversary on August 2nd, but seems not. Not showing up on my secondary device here (my primary device in fast ring has become completely unusable by now, but it had the panorama function in the camera app since July).

That's interesting. I installed the app update and I'm not on Release Preview (on Production/Non-Insider) and I see the button next to the camera on my 640. I don't even have the anniversary update installed actually :grin:

I got the Camera app update today morning local time,but no Panorama as my phone is 535DS.I am non Insider/Production - 14393.67 .
I really wish the 640/640XL had been launched before 535,then I would be having one of them & not 535.:unhappy:

I'm guessing most people doesn't know what means Panorama: that's simply a new button on the left side of standard Camera button, nothing else, no more apps , filters, settings

If you change aspect ratio to 16:9 you get 4MP as another option

And yesterday's forum told about this feature is now available for Release Preview not NON INSIDERS.

Confirming I have it on official 14393.67. It's much smoother than Lumia Panorama and I like the sweep rather than the align and stitch. Might take me a minute or two to come to grips with the portrait only orientation. Makes sense though to have the longest side be the vertical component.

I'm on AU non insider and have panorama. Camera app version is 2016.816.21.0 updated today. Phone is Lumia 550.

It may have to do with your device. The new Panorama appears to actually use video capture to make the image. Maybe the 480p vid capture of the 535 is not deemed high enough quality?

480p isn't matter. It's all matter with upto qHd phones.Eg. L435,532,535 ...

If this feature worked then it's good to have otherwise It is great for me and my device. And I'm still alive without this feature.... Cheers
