Har ovanst?ende i min Lumia 640LTE och ljudet alarm/sms ?r borta.
Operativsystem ?r Win 10 phone
Ta bort det g?r inte med ?terst?llning, d? det kommer tillbaka n?r telefonen h?mtar inst?llningar i molnet.

I have Lumia 640lte and use win 10 phone
Sound is missing in SMS and ALERT
Cant use restore it came back when my system will restore from the cloud
Shows in apps @settings3res.dll,-414 and I have dont install it I presome that is the problem

Hard Reset the device. This will bring back your current version of OS.
You then have the option of either / or:
- applying the backup, assuming you have a current one (don't mess w ur device during restore) to bring back ur apps / settings.
- re-install ALL your apps manually.

OR

Download WDRT (Windows Device Recovery Tool) to your PC.
Plug in your phone & follow directions.
This will take you back to last PROD build.
