Notifications don't seem to be working since after installing the anniversary update.

Most of my apps on my phone are not sending me notifications and some aren't even showing up in the notifications and actions settings. Please help me if you have any suggestions as to why this is happening and if there is a fix. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling my apps but didn't fix the problem.

First of all, check all Notify settings if by chanche you enabled Keep private in lock screen: it must be disabled.
Then change any sound from everything but Default

Then soft reset
