If there is one major reason that I do not use a Windows phone more, it is not the lack of Snapchat or The Pokemons, it is because of the disappointing Skype for Business app. Having a reliable online presence on my phone would help me more than I think any other app or option out there. Microsoft, I know you can do it. Please dedicate the resources to it.

The company I work for is a Microsoft partner, and one of the products we sell and support is Skype for Business. I do not work in that department so I do not know a lot about it, but my colleagues who do all use Android. The Skype for Business Android app is great!

Yes, my main phone is a Note 4, and the app is much better on Android. Microsoft could knock it out of the park if they dedicated the resources to it. A Surface phone that has amazing specs and a great SFB app? Yes please.

Just to be clear this isn't MS, we're just a bunch of enthusiasts.

But yea, a lot of their own stuff can be subpar ironically.
