Data sense not working properly after AU

Check again before you think you have already spent all of your data:
With mobile data (EE) ON (correct status):

At the next moment, with mobile data OFF, Wifi ON:

it was fine until the last cumulative update, now I get that same problem, usage shows a static random number unless you're actively using data, back in TH2 it was just resetting to 0 usage when not using data, now this... they just cant help it
