Hi All,

My Lumia 640 xl having insider latest build 14393 version and now I want to go for production/public release which is much stable.

I have tried using WDRT but it shows lumia 8.1 denim as available software.

Can someone let me know how to flash windows 10 mobile os using PC to lumia 640 xl?

You can't.

Only native Windows 10 Mobile devices can flash that way.

You should be able to go into Settings->Update and security->Windows Insider Program.

On that page, you should be able to change to Production.

Ok. In windows insider program, I can only see slow, fast and Release preview options.

Also in that what will happen if I choose "stop insider preview builds". I am currently on 14393 vesion.

you need to rollback to 8.1 them update the regular way using the upgrade advisor to go to windows 10 (it will first go to threshold and them go to redstone)

if you select "stop insider preview builds" your phone wont get any update of the insider preview.

version 14393.321 is the last non-insider build btw

Ok So if I select "stop insider preview builds" then I will not get any insider builds but will I get public future releases which will be stable right?

No. Only when production build number will be upper than your actually installed build (guess spring 2017), so better for you switching to Release, the slowest and most secure possiile.
