I've seen conflicting reports stating that Windows Mobile can only support FAT32 for SDHC and exFAT for SDXC. Will my device have any problem using an NTFS formatted SDHC card? Is it worth formatting my card to NTFS?

Well better is to use exFAT. If Windows 10 Mobile read it, than it could be problem for non-Windows devices (Android Phones).
