Build 10.0.14393.448 loses Emergency amber alert settings?

Hi, I had an update yesterday and this morning at 5am I got an amber alert during quiet hours (and 2x within 2 hours again). I turned this off before the update so I tried to turn it off again. But there's no 'other settings/Emergency Alert settings' anymore in the messenger settings. Anyone else seeing this? Any idea if there's still a way to turn these off?

perform a soft reset once and switch it off again. after an update few glitches might appear which are fixed by a soft reset.

Thanks, unfortunately still see no (other or emergency) settings in messaging under setting (and app itself). This is a Lumia 640. Hopefully another update will fix it again or I use insider builds but that will most likely add other issues.

I did a full reinstall and now I see a 'Change emergency alert settings' link somewhere in the middle of the Messaging settings (before SMS center number).

I have a 950XL on Build 15055 and cannot find a setting anywhere to turn off Amber Alerts. I'm trying to avoid doing a full reset in order to potentially fix problem. Anyone else seeing this on build 15055. It's annoying getting alerts in the middle of the night or early in the morning.

See below where you would see it in messaging settings (I have 14393.953, not using insider builds). I didn't see it until I did a full reset and restored from backup (and some manual reinstalls which isn't too bad in my case).

BRILLIANT! They've moved it again. NONE of the known locations from the past 3 years contain the "emergency alert settings" on my Lumia 640 on Cricket, build 15063.483.

Anyone know? BTW, wife's 950 on the same build and carrier shows the setting as described above!

TIA. We were awakened last night at 2AM for an amber alert 200 miles away.

I also noticed settings disappeared after update. Haven't tried to reset to see if that fixes it.

What happens if you enable Quiet Hours? Do these alerts still break through?

Typically quiet hours doesn't include these alerts. Not sure if that has changed in latest update.
