Reinstalled Win10M on my L950. Apps Crashin or no Install.

Anybody having this issue? Not on the Insiders build either on this Phone, just on my 640Xl. I reinstalled Win 10 Mobile, after reinstalling, 95% of my Apps either won't install or Crash if they do install. Also, some of the tiles are blank. Just like on my Surface 3 which also has blank tiles.https://youtu.be/S3tXByMYq-U

Are you on insider or on production ring? Also, did you apply a backup after you reinstalled the software on your phone? If you did, maybe a clean install would do better.

no I'm not in any of the insider builds at all, and the option to restore a backup never came up.It's very frustrating!!

Fixed the issue with my phone, my SD card went bad new ones on the way from Amazon. All apps installed fine.
