How can I erase the downloaded system update ?

I have a 550 Lumia phone, no more space on device, nothing more to move or remove. How can i delete the update I downloaded? Not enough space to install it.
Or how to uninstall Xbox, Cortana, Gadgets that I don't use?

You can try cleaning temporary files.
Go to Storage, tap your device and see what is taking up space. Also you can try going to settings->accounts and manage your email account(s) to change the mailbox sync settings to only download emails from the last 3 days over 7 days.

Trying syncing and uploading some of your photos to OneDrive and deleting them off of your phone.

As for your question, you can't erase a pending update.
