Long story short, it didn't install on L640 with WP8.1, it didn't install after update to W10M and hard reset and it doesn't install after hopping to production preview. 0x80073CF9. After checking review from the store, maybe it's better this way 
I read from another thread, that Skype Preview has support for business contacts, but it can't join online meetings, does it?
BTW why MS made a new Skype account (that will be never used) using my Windows Live email (maybe making it more visible than I like) - without asking? I haven't used Skype in years in private life... What next? New automatic LinkedIn account?
