Facebook App lock screen and soound notification missing

Hi I deleted and reinstalled the Facebook app and it seems I should not have done that.
Now, Facebook is missing from the list of apps that may send notifications on the lock screen as well as from sound notification options.
Lumia 640 running W10 .953 (non-insider)

Update: same happened to Messenger. I re-installed it, and now it also has no option for sound or lock screen notification.

Update2: OK, half of the problem is resolved: after you get your first message on either app, the sound notification activates itself and can be set again. Still, no notification option for the lock screen.
