Can continuum play audio and video?

I'm not on the creators build, and I'm trying to get my display dock to either play YouTube videos or Groove to play music.

When I go on the YouTube website, an error always occurs. PerfectTube plays 480p only, without sound. Groove always says that this type of music file (aac or mp3) is not supported.

I thought the problem was with my cable, so I got a bunch and none fixed the problem. I got another OEM usbc-usbc cable and still the problem persists.

Am I the only one to have this issue, or has the functionality simply not been implemented? Has it been implemented in the creators update?

It may have something to do with DRM. Only supported media can be shared, yada yada.. It's just a hunch, but it feels strong.. Can you try to project wirelessly to anything, even a Win 10 PC. This can help isolate the issue.
